The review in brief
Semax service makes its routes and plan options visible, but the appeal of a branded cognitive program should not substitute for a discussion of uncertain benefit. Before committing, get the ingredient-specific label, dispensing pharmacy, state eligibility and cancellation terms in writing. Ask what would lead the clinician to stop or change the plan if the hoped-for change does not occur.

- Both options contain Selank
- Term and cancellation interaction needs confirmation
Start with both ingredients
Semax service markets a Semax/Selank combination in two delivery forms. That is a useful distinction before comparing its name with a standalone Semax product. The brand name does not make Selank disappear, and the total amount of a blend cannot be treated as the amount of either constituent.
The lowest figure has a longer term
The nasal offer displays $255 each month. Injectable options show $255 on the monthly plan and $230, $213 or $202 per month for three-, six- or twelve-month selections. The page also says recurring subscriptions can be canceled. Ask how cancellation interacts with the selected term; a monthly charge and an unrestricted month-to-month agreement are different promises.
Approval and dispatch are separate
The stated pathway is an online history, physician review and pharmacy fulfillment after approval, with free shipping. The page says a declined treatment is not charged. That is narrower than a guarantee of a refund after medication has been dispensed. Its six-month satisfaction promise also has completion conditions; read those before assigning it a monetary value.
Do not turn the timeline into a forecast
The marketing lays out benefits across days, weeks and months. Such a schedule is not an individualized prediction. Our healthy-volunteer imaging analysis explains why altered brain activity does not establish a reliable productivity improvement, much less the effects of this particular two-ingredient prescription.
Compare an equivalent proposal
The FormBlends comparison is useful because it also separates a nasal product from a Semax/Selank vial. Match ingredients and route first, then compare the payment calendar. A lower advertised monthly number is hard to interpret without the amount supplied and the obligations that continue after the first shipment. The Vita Bella membership review supplies a contrasting financial model: its advertised medication amount is separate from a recurring care membership. Compare the full recurring obligation, rather than placing two medication headlines beside one another.
